Client: Ember Labs

Ember Labs, a Cambridge-based startup focusing on personal temperature management wearables, was preparing to launch their Gen 3 device, targeted at an aging female demographic. Unlike their previous wrist-worn devices, the Gen 3 was intended to be more discrete, wearable under the clothes at strategic points for effective cooling. I created these concept sketches to be used as stimulus in their user research studies to communicate the placement options and emphasize the use of app control for the device.
